Classes are offered in a supportive, choice-led way and are suitable for all levels and experience.Below you’ll find details of my monthly Nervous System Reset and weekly term-time Yoga & Mindfulness classes. What IS Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient philosophy and way of life that offers practical tools for understanding the mind, caring for the body, and relating to the world with greater awareness, balance, and ease — with a growing body of scientific research supporting its physical and mental health benefits.Here, yoga is not about flexibility, performance, or pushing your body.
My approach is trauma-informed and nervous system-led, using breath, sensation, mindful movement, and rest to support regulation, awareness, and healing. Classes are invitational and choice-led, and you are always encouraged to work at your own pace — just as you are.
Sessions can be deeply supportive for nervous system regulation, stress, and recovery, and may complement therapeutic work.

  • Rest is always an option

  • Choice-led, gentle, and supportive

  • No flexibility or experience required

  • Emotions and sensations may arise

  • A space to reconnect, settle, and breathe

  • Please note, feelings of joy and peace may creep in at times!

You don’t need to be flexible, calm, or experienced — just curious.
